Admission Requirements for Bachelor’s Programs
- Educational Qualification
- Completion of secondary/high school education
(e.g., 12th grade, A-levels, IB Diploma, or equivalent).
- Must meet the country-specific eligibility for
entry into higher education (TSI recognizes most national school-leaving
certificates).
- For technical programs (like Computer Science, Aviation,
Robotics), strong grades in mathematics and science subjects are
preferred.
- English Language Proficiency
- If prior education was not in English, one of the
following is required:
- IELTS: minimum score of 5.5
- TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 70
- Cambridge English: B2 level or equivalent
- Students can also pass a TSI internal English
placement test if no standardized test is available.

- Copy of passport (or national ID)
- High school diploma and transcripts (translated to English or
Latvian)
- English proficiency certificate
