1. Starter Scholarship

Amount: 25% off the first-semester tuition fee

Eligibility:
o Age 18–25 at application time
o Academic: A-level grades of AAB or IB diploma ≥ 35 points; Hungarian
citizens: 2 A-levels ≥70%.
o Language: IELTS ≥ 6.5 (min 6.0 each); or TOEFL iBT ≥ 79
o Motivation letter required

2. Academic Scholarship

Amount: Partial tuition fee reduction for a semester

Eligibility:
o Excellent high school performance
o Open to all BSc applicants

3. Regional Scholarship Funds (within Starter
Scholarship)

Amount: Falls under the 25%
Starter Scholarship, but targeted by region

regions such as:
o India, Latin America, China, South-East Asia, Sub-Saharan

4. Erasmus+ Programme

Amount: Monthly stipend €200–€400, plus tuition waiver at host institution

o EU and partner-country students
o Enrolled in IBS, with mobility typically lasting one semester

Minimum GPA: Varies by country, but generally a 60–70% average or GPA 2.5–3.0 on a 4.0 scale is
expected.
2. English Language Proficiency
·
All programmes are taught in English. One of the following
test scores is required:
o
IELTS: Minimum 6.0 overall, no component below 5.5
o
TOEFL iBT: Minimum 72–80
o
Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE)
or above
o
Duolingo English Test: Minimum 105
o
IB: English as the
instruction language
o
Waiver possible if previous
