3. Regional Scholarship Funds (within Starter Scholarship)

·         Amount: Falls under the 25% Starter Scholarship, but targeted by region

o    Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE) or above

o    Duolingo English Test: Minimum 105

o    IB: English as the instruction language

o    Waiver possible if previous education was in English (subject to approval)
