equivalent to 12 years of schooling as recognized by the Ministry
of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia.
- Certain programs may have additional subject-specific
requirements (e.g., Mathematics or Science).
- English Language Proficiency
- Applicants must demonstrate adequate proficiency in
English through one of the following:
- TOEFL: Minimum score of PBT 500,
CBT 173, or iBT 60
- IELTS: Minimum overall band of 5.0
- MUET: Minimum Band 3
- Equivalent qualifications as
recognized by City University Malaysia
- If applicants do not meet the language requirement,
they may be required to enroll in the Intensive English Program (IEP)
at the university.
- Age Requirement
- Applicants must be of at least 17 years old at the
time of admission.

- Some undergraduate programs (e.g., in Engineering, Hospitality,
