· Amount: 33% tuition fee waiver for one semester
· Eligibility:
o Enrolled full-time in Bachelor’s (credit-based) program
o Among the top 3 in your class by previous semester grade average (“adjusted credit index”)
· Extra: Automatically awarded at the semester’s start if eligible
2. Public Life Scholarship
· Amount: Partial tuition waiver (varies per semester)
· Eligibility:
o Full-time enrolment with ≥ 2.5 GPA last semester
o Active participation in METU’s public life/community (submit statement + proof)
· Extra: Requires a short essay (~1500 characters) plus documentation

· Amount: Partial tuition reduction
· Eligibility:
o Full-time enrolment with ≥ 2.5 GPA

· Amount: Partial tuition support for top athletes (first 7 applicants per selection cycle)
· Eligibility:
o Full-time studies with ≥ 2.5 GPA
o Outstanding sports results in top-tier competitions (attach official proof)
· Extra: Balanced recognition of athletic and academic achievement
5. National Higher Education Scholarship
· Amount: HUF 40,000/month (~€100/month) for 10 months/year
· Eligibility:
o Enrolled in full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s with ≥ 2 semesters completed and 55 credits
o Adjusted credit index ≥ 4.5 over previous two semesters
o Outstanding scientific or professional accomplishments (proof required)
· Extra: Awarded by the Rector, renewable annually
