Northern Arizona University

Northern Arizona University is a public institution that was founded in 1899. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 27,086, its setting is city, and the campus size is 683 acres. Rated the third-best US college town by the American Institute of Economic Research in 2017, Flagstaff is the world's first International Dark Sky City and enjoys a four-season climate with an average 288 days of sunshine. Winter skiing is accessible at Arizona Snowbowl, an alpine ski resort seven miles (11 km) northwest of Flagstaff.
